Yet Another of Shel's Quotes of the Moments
"Do not lie in wait like an outlaw at the home of the godly. And don't raid the house where the godly live. They may trip seven times, but each time they will rise again. But one calamity is enough to lay the wicked low. "
That's from Proverbs 24...I likes the second part...the whole getting back up aspect really speaks to me.
And, because I did use an 's' after the word "quote" in the title, here's another quote:
"Parents know how to push their kids' buttons because they installed them."
~Chiclit prof
The midterm went okay. My grade totally depends on whether chiclit prof likes my interpretations or not.
Chilled with Britt and had fun. Am finally realizing that it's almost spring break and all the hard stuff is over. All I have to do now is print and hand in a story tomorrow...then it's Holly-chill time and going home time. Excellent. And I have coffee in my system so there's enough energy to do the happy-joy dance of break! Hoooooooooo-ray!
