Doo-doo-doo.
Yesterday, I sat by the river; the part that wasn't flooded. It was white water rapids territory. Errr, brown water. The Red Cedar isn't the youngest or cleanest of rivers. Anyway, there ware enough rapids that what appeared to be a serious kayaker was practicing. I cringed when he was on his side. It was only partly out of considering the idea that I was going to have to dive in and attempt to help him, but more so I feared he'd ingested some of the gross, icky, water.
Yesterday was a social day. Not only did I have the church thing, in which I caught up with a lot of ol' buddies, but my cousin stopped by. We had a good long conversation. I didn't get a lot of studying or reading done though, so of course there was a quiz this morning. *Rolls eyes*
So, the sun coming out and teasing us in the morning is very irritating. It comes while I'm in class, than waves bye bye and hides behind clouds. Boo. I want more sun action.
