Team Spirit with Culture

Little Shop of Horrors was great. The cast was very talented. I love the plant. Britt, Leslie and I ended up seeing it from the second row as opposed to our assigned seats in row O. A man was trying to sell his second row, center tickets, but he ended up giving them to Britt for free. I was skeptical of the whole thing, but since we didn't actually pay for the tickets, we didn't do anything illegal.

At the end of the play, during the standing ovation, the man who played Mushnik (Ray Demattis) gave a thumbs up and yelled "Go Green!" in reference to our basketball teams. As far as I can tell, I was the only person who noticed his cheer, but that totally made my moment. If only I was a well trained MSU student, then I could have automatically yelled "Go White!" in reply. Sigh. If only. So instead, I post about it here. You're so cool Ray!
