Back to PA
Have returned to Pittsburgh. Second plane was only delayed an hour and a half (due to combined causes of a late crew and some leak). So I call it good.
In other news, I've called in sick for work tomorrow for a number of reasons.
1. Am tired.
2. Have papers to write and edit before class tomorrow at 6:30 PM.
3. Was scheduled to work until 6 PM tomorrow even though am never supposed to work after 5 PM on Mondays (manager's fault!!!!!!!), and was feeling pissy about the fact that I wouldn't get any dinner before a three hour class and would (most likely) be late for said class.
4. I called my mom and had her pick between the numbers one and two. She chose two, which was skip work.
I felt bad to do it and I'm certain Karma will have its vengeance on me for using a flimsy excuse, but eh, I'll deal with the repercussions when they arrive. On the plus side, I was nice and told them tonight, as opposed to calling tomorrow morning.
